Help! I'm a French teacher, in my first year, and I need ideas or somewhere to go to find ideas for games for the classroom. My students get bored easily, and we've gone through every activity I know. Right now I'm teaching the verb "Faire" if anyone has any ideas, let me know. Thanks

there is a great new game called "open your books and quietly work" More teachers need to incorporate this game into their lessons.
Teachers are NOT paid to entertain. My heart bleeds for kids who get bored in school life is not a videogame or a motion picture, sometimes, life entails you simply doing what you have to do, not because it's fun, but because you have to.
I have a picture of 11 y.o. breakerboys of the 1910's that I have posted on the wall. I explain at the beginning of the year who they are and point out that they are the same age roughly, as the kids sitting in my class. I point out that if they had been born in 1894 instead of 1994, this is what their day would consist of. Anytime they whine about boring, too hard, too much, I simply point to the picture and tell them to get back to work.
I know when I get bored at work, I think my boss should have to come in and play games with me to make sure I turn in my paperwork at the appropriate times.
