I'm only a student and having a quiz tomorow on Algebra 2...I know this is a teachers site but I cannot find any other site chat site or decent message board chat. I just need to know how to simplify the radical 7/8. I know you have to X the radical 8 by the top and bottom but I get radical 56 over radical 8 and cannot seem to narrow down and simplify the radical 56. I get 8 and 7...4-2 (8) and keep the 7...then 4 breaks down to 2 and 2 and now I have 2-2-2 and a 7...What do I do! I know this is simple and the wierd thing is I get everything else we are doing such as Complex Numbers etc. except this!

If you're still up and around and waiting for a response, go to Dr. Math (google it!) and they have all the math problems answered there. I think that sight will be more of a help then we will.

Wow how I hated math! Try www.regentsprep.org It's a site to help you study for the NY State exams but it might help you--not only in math but all your subjects! Best of luck!
