I am a student teacher at a school in Dracut. I have a paper to prepare on how academic goals are established in first grade.My cooperating teacher has given me a lot of valuable insights. I would also like to hear about it from other teachers if any of you are willing to spare some time for me.
Also what are some of the written/human resources used in developing the class curriculum?

In the US, we have state content standards that establish the curriculum for us.
