I came across what appeared to be a fantastic organizational tool, but I need some more information. I'm hoping one of you can help me. It's called a FROG Homework folder, which stands for Fully Responsible Organized and Growing Students. I'd like to know if anyone has heard of or used this in your classroom.

Do you have a web address I can view this from? I think I know what you're talking about.

I teach 3rd Grade and we are using these this year in our room. I have a zip pouch where lunch/milk/notes go. a folder with Left Home (anything I don't need back) and Right Back (anything that needs to be returned asap). Behavior Log (this has a square for each day we are in school per nine weeks. We use a color chart for behavior so I just color the day in the color they ended in and parents must sign nightly or students lose recess. Student Planners that are provided by school. Spelling list and Vocabulary list in protected sheets. I also print each weeks spelling words on a label and place so the students have a running list of every spelling word. The last section is notebook paper which is where parents and I can write notes back and forth. The books are working great for us this year! Last year studnets weren't getting notes back and forth and homework wasnt' making it either! I hope this helps!
