Hello!
I'm currently in the middle of a two year PostGrad Course in Special Education at University. We have to do an assignment that involves presenting information that a departing teacher would present for the next teacher ( A Transition Portfolio). I was wondering if anyone had any particular ideas about what they would definitely like to be on the Portfolio - and why.
