Are your students looking to build sports skills outside of gym class? Would they be interested in a sports camp experience?

If the answer is yes, then it’s not too early to help students ages 8-12 look ahead to summer 2005 with a chance to win a Get Kids In Action scholarship to attend one of the nation’s leading sports camps!

The Gatorade Company is offering $1 million in sports camp scholarships to active kids across the country – and one of them could be yours! This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for your students to attend the sports camp of their dreams and learn how to play a new sport, or develop skills in one they already love.

Help spread the news to other teachers of students ages 8-12. Visit www.GetKidsInAction.org/kids to download an application.

All applications must be received by Sept. 30. Good luck to your students!

Hi, I have no income only grants and student loans; do I have to file taxes? I’m not sure if I have to files taxes this year, no income only grants and student loans. The amount is under 4,000 dollars. I'm a single mom of 1 but the father claims the EIC because I don't have income. What is the total amount the government gives out for the Pell Grant? I know each student can receive up to $4000 but with each student's grant added up, how much does the government give out?
