New Teacher

Hi All, my girlfriend is wanting to move from Florida where she is graduating from college to StLouis where she hopes to get a teaching position. She wants to teach Kindergarten but is flexible. What advice can you give her besides just apply and send to the address given? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Formulate a clear methodology and philosophy for when they ask her. She should be able to rattle it off firmly so that the interviewers know she isn't winging it.

And her philosophy should not rely on the usual trappings of "I love kids, I love to teach..."
